Project description
Mobile app Odkaz pre starostu is used to report problems in more than 140 cities and towns. Problems are communicated directly with the responsible government workers and their solutions can be monitored through the application.
In addition to the status of resolving complaints, the local government can also use notifications to inform about current events and news in the city or municipality.
The applications contain gamification elements that motivate users to report suggestions, control the implementation of corrections and actively engage in communication with the local government.
